Wholesale Product Availability
Wholesale Soap Bars
Soap bars are available in half-sized bars and full-sized bars. The scent of the bars is open for discussion. Sun-D will try to accommodate the scent preference to suit the buyer’s needs. The exact scent preference is not 100% guaranteed. The scent of the bars can be divided equally amongst an order. For example, if a buyer purchases 100 bars, 50 bars can be 1 scent and the other 50 bars can be a different scent.
Minimum Order Requirement
The minimum order quantity for a wholesale order is 40 bars.
This applies to both half and full-sized bars.
Leadtime
Completed soaps require a minimum of 2 calendar weeks before
they can begin to be made. For example, to start making soaps on January 15th,
the soap order must be made no later than January 1st.
Turn Around Time (TAT)
Completed soaps require a minimum of 4 weeks cure time. The total TAT is a minimum of 6 weeks from date of order placed to date of order pickup/ship. Sun-D is not responsible if order is shipped and not delivered within the 6-week time frame.
Pricing
Half Bars
Half sized soap bars are rectangle in nature and weigh
approximately 3 ounces. Wholesale prices are $3.00 each.
Full Bars
Full sized soap bars are square in nature and weight approximately 5 ounces. Wholesale prices are $4.50 each.
Scrubs and Butters
4 oz basic scrub - $4.00
4 oz 3 in 1 scrub - $6.00
8 oz basic scrub - $6.00
8 oz 3 in 1 scrub - $7.00
4 oz butter - $7.00
8 oz butter - $12.00
Payment
Terms
Payment Frequency
Fifty percent of order total is due
upon placing the order. No exceptions. A receipt will be provided to the buyer when
initial payment is made. The remaining balance and shipping costs (if
applicable) will be due after order is complete and upon taking delivery of
order. A receipt will be provided upon taking delivery of order and when final
payment is made.

Major credit/debit cards are accepted. Forms of payment are

- A Zelle payment to sundcleansingcakes@outlook.com
- A PayPal payment to sundcleansingcakes@outlook.com
- A major credit/debit card payment over the phone
- A major credit/debit card payment in person
- Unsecured payment options not acceptable
Shipping/
Delivery
Pick-Up Option
The buyer has the option to pick-up the wholesale order from Sun-D Cleansing Cakes. This must be pre-arranged when the order is ready. The buyer has 5 calendar days to pick up the order after the order is ready. If more than 5 days is needed, pre-arrangements need to be made. Final payment must be made before buyer can receive the completed order.
Shipping Option
The buyer has the option to have the wholesale order shipped to them. The order will be shipped in a flat-rate USPS box and will vary depending on the number of soap bars ordered. A large flat rate box will be used for orders of 50 or more bars. The cost for this will be whatever the USPS current rate is at the time of shipment. In the event of more than 50 bars, the number of flat-rate boxes will vary. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Sun-D is not responsible for late deliveries based on USPS delivery times.
Refund Policy
Before Delivery
Due to the nature of the product, once the wholesale order is in process, no exchanges or substitutions can be made. If the buyer changes his/her mind about the initial order, a complete refund/cancellation can be made. If the buyer wants to add on to the order, a completely new order must be placed. Terms will apply to the new order.
After Delivery
Due to the nature of the product, once the wholesale order is in possession of the buyer, no refunds or exchanges can be made. No exceptions.
